Weather Says No Go

Originally it looked good; therefore, not only our expedition but several others, too, decided to make the most of it. Any opportunity must be jumped at. Well… yesterday we had to humbly return to the base camp. Monsoon weather came a bit too early, and the snowfall was made worse by a hostile wind. Under such conditions there was no way we could continue from C3 to the summit. Currently we’re keeping our eyes on weather development and waiting for another window to open. We have strength galore and hope that Her Majesty K2 will give us one more chance.
